ABOUT THIS CLASS

Learn a flexible quilt as you go (QAYG) technique without sashing or joining strips.

In this four-hour class, instructor Diane Foley will show you how to quilt and assemble your project row by row without the need for joining strips or hand sewing. This technique simplifies the quilting process and can be useful for both beginner and experienced quilters.

During class, participants will make a small 18-inch quilt using orphan blocks supplied by the instructor. Once you learn the technique, you can apply the same method to quilts of virtually any size — even a king-size quilt.
