In 2015, Bib & Tucker Sew-Op partnered with UAB and the Birmingham Museum of Art to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Selma to Montgomery marches through open sewing sessions that yielded 461 quilt blocks. Sew-Op members stitched the blocks together and made three quilts.

Bib & Tucker Sew-Op aims to be a conduit for textile artists who are considering difficult histories in their work; providing a space for artists to meet with the community.

QUARK (Quilting Activity Resource Kit) is the first in a line of products designed and produced by Bib & Tucker Sew-Op that teaches the fundamentals of math through the principles of art. The kit's modality is hand-sewing, which focuses the mind and reinforces hand-eye coordination in young people.
